We accept payment by credit cards via Pay Pal. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.

Shipping:

ADCook Fine Art ships all of its prints using guaranteed UPS or USPS delivery. Prints are shipped rolled in heavy duty cardboard tubes or boxes. Orders of multiple prints shipped to the same address will be packed together and you will only be billed for a single shipping charge. Multiple prints within a single order will incur a $2.00 per print shipping and handling charge for each additional print.


Please Note:

Customs duties and other import taxes on prints shipped outside of the United States are the responsibility of the customer. Our shipping fees do not include import taxes or other importing fees. If your print arrives damaged, please return it to us (with a copy of your receipt and the UPS form you signed) in its original packaging, using UPS or another trackable shipping method. We will refund the return shipping cost up to the value of your original shipping charge, and make a new print for you as quickly as possible.



Returns and Refunds:

We guarantee the items we sell are as described. Although every effort is made to ensure accurate dimensions and weights, the figures shown should always be treated as approximate. ALL returns must be authorized. Refund given only if item is not as represented and shipped back within five days from receiving the item. Item must be returned by registered insured mail and packed well, like we packed it. Items must be returned undamaged and in original condition. In any case refund will under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid. We do not take responsibility for any personal or third party losses.
